Kidz Block is a vibrant Children’s Church ministry to children between the ages of 3 & 12 years old. This takes place on Sunday mornings during the Celebration Service. At present we are using material from the Sunday School Network that helps us to Equip and Disciple your children using object talks, games, puzzles, puppets, praise & worship, crafts, drawing, DVD, memory verses, etc. The curriculum activities change all the time and children don’t know what to expect next. They are kept very busy yet learning all the time. We would just like to remind all parents the Discipling your children is primarily your responsibility and we are only here to help as best we can. You will see that each week your child brings home a parent info sheet letting you know what they have been learning that week, the memory verse and some activities to help at home. The term that lies ahead we will be looking at the book of James where we will look at the issues of Daily Living and during the last two weeks we will look at two of the miracles of Jesus. Please encourage your children to attend Kidz Block regularly and to register so we can keep track of the children that are attending. We have a number of helpers involved on a regular basis and parent couples have been rostered in every week. We encourage all parents to be involved to see how we run Kidz Block and get to know the people that are working with your children.
